Fruit and Veggie Spice Muffins

I love having muffins on hand for a quick breakfast or snack, so I usually always have a batch in the freezer. The problem is that some muffins are really just cake without the icing, so you have to be mindful of the ingredients you're using.

Here's a recipe that incorporates bananas, pumpkin, and carrots along with Greek yogurt and some healthy fats and grains.

Carrots for breakfast? When the muffins taste this good, why not?

Where to find the tools: parchment paper liners
