Dairy-Free Peaches & Cream Pops


Let's make more homemade popsicles! This time we're combining just four ingredients: juicy summer peaches, creamy coconut milk, a ripe banana for just a touch sweetness, and a tiny bit of pure vanilla extract to make it taste like you've blended peaches and vanilla ice cream.

They're dairy-free, so they're perfect for those of you trying to cut back on dairy or who can't have it. I would recommend going with the coconut milk beverage (in a carton, not the full-fat kind in a can) over other milk alternatives like almond or rice because the coconut milk will give the pops a creamier consistency.

They come together in a flash, and the most difficult part is waiting for them to freeze!

Dairy-Free Peaches & Cream Pops
You don't have to load up on sugar and dairy to enjoy the sweet taste of summer with these all natural popsicles!
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c peaches, fresh or frozen, sliced
  • 1 c unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 t pure vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients into blender and puree.2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
